Children Hospital

ABOUT HOSPITAL

Saint Maria Magdalene's Hospital was founded 175 years ago and since then our mission has been to give our little patients the best possible care, to provide the best possible facilities and medical services.

The staff of the hospital continue the long tradition and work selflessly to help the children. We now also have ample opportunities to improve our facilities to match the clinical excellence of the staff.

Saint Maria Magdalene's Hospital provides inpatient hospital care for patients under 18 years old. We use advanced medical technologies and modern diagnostic techniques. Most of the services we provide are free for our patients but there are some things which have to be paid for (for example, individual wards).

The hospital mainly specializes in the following fields of medicine:

  2. Surgery (abdominal cavity and urogenital system pathology and diseases)
  3. Contaminated surgery (suppurative infections of abdominal cavity, lungs and skin, acute and chronic diseases of skeletal apparatus)
  4. Paediatrics (respiratory system, urogenital system and gastrointestinal tract diseases)
